All audio forms are accepted, both digital and analog.  We accept cassette, micro-cassette and videocassettes as well as digitally recorded audio, whether on CD or saved on your agency’s hard drive computer system.  Also, because there are on-staff Certified Shorthand Reporters, special certification needs can be met should the need arise. 

Our transcriptionists are required to undergo extensive criminal background checks to ensure the utmost of confidentiality and security.  We guarantee 98% accuracy on our transcripts as well, one of the highest in the industry. 

We also provide tips for obtaining better hard copy transcription including tricks for the best audio quality possible and will alert our clients should poor audio quality become an issue rather than returning a transcript full of unintelligible or inaudible phrases.  Our desire is to make the best transcription of your audio possible.  We adhere to the strictest of standards in producing a quality product.
